• Controlling Work and Ensuring Repeatable Results
Aunautic Technologies utilizes online project management and collaboration tools in order to monitor all tasks and confirm milestones are met on each project. The use of these tools records each step we take in completing each task making it simple to record lessons learned. The information gathered from the collaboration tools and these lessons learned provide the platform for us to ensure repeatable results are achieved, while making sure that our workforce efficiency is continuously evolving.
• Preserving Stability
Aunautic Technologies is dedicated to building a cohesive working team. Our key to this is transparency while making employees part of task management as well as participating in the day to day operations of the business. This allows employees to realize that they are an integral part of the company and reduces the likelihood of personnel turnover.
• Monitor and Maximize
Monitoring and maximizing quality goes hand in hand with controlling work and confirming consistent results. Aunautic Technologies has decided not to use a full-time Quality Control Manager, but instead will utilize each employee as part of a Quality Control Team. Our Quality Control Team will continually monitor performance against Acceptance Criteria and hold weekly meetings and conduct internal audits. Aunautic will schedule weekly Quality Control meetings within product development lifecycles to resolve any deficiencies in quality as they are identified.
• Responsiveness to and Cooperation with Customers
Aunautic Technologies is a able to provide a team effort to maximizing customer satisfaction and prompt resolutions to issues as they are identified. In order to guarantee responsiveness and cooperation with the customers of Aunautic Technologies, we will be proactive in identifying potential issues before they arise, and by providing ongoing communication with customers. Out team will attend all status meetings with customers and will be responsible for providing timely response and cooperation.
• Problem Resolution
Problem resolution is extremely important to customer satisfaction. In order to ensure prompt problem resolution, Aunautic Technologies will utilize our communication processes and procedures while always keeping the customer informed of the status of their issue. This allows us to identify and resolve issues quickly at the lowest level of the organization. Should a problem be identified, we will work with the customer to investigate the cause and provide a path to resolving it. A problem should never go unresolved, so to avoid such a situation, our entire team will dedicate time to provide a team effort to ensure quick resolution.
